“I used this product over the course of one month and lost 20 pounds. I eat healthy, but often just eat too much or too often. This product definitely curbed my appetite. I don’t know that it has any thermogenic properties, but I didn’t have near the number of cravings for food and snacks while I took this. I didn’t notice any adverse side effects and was overall very pleased considering it is less expensive than many of the other supplement products. A great way to kick start a weight loss program!”
